However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any delivery delays or for any claims related to products ordered from outside their scope.
7. Returns and Refunds
Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging for returns. The original receipt must be presented for any exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. Items with manufacturing defects can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Fresh foods can be exchanged within 24 hours only. Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned according to Ministry of Health guidelines. Items can be exchanged for another of equal or higher value with payment of the difference. Refunds will be made in the same method as payment (cash or credit card). For credit card refunds, the card used for the original purchase must be presented to customer service. Loyalty program points will be deducted for returned items.
